Arinaga - El Cabron

84ea28_ddc5c15c4ece4f36baae53c8da909a96This area is considered one of the top five dives sites in Spain. MARINE RESERVE gives us dives for all levels , from beginners to professionals , everyone enjoys "EL CABRÓN" .Three different approaches from volcanic rock give way to a lowering reef from 6 meters to 12 meters across the dive site. In this area it is common to see damselfish , parrotfish , trumpets , barracudas , nudibranch , moray ..... The walls of the barrier fall to 22 meters, and in them we find caves, cracks and arches will enjoy the more technical divers. These walls give way to the sandy bottom where we find stingrays, angelsharks and grunts of the huge bank that honors this diving zone. For more advanced divers we have the area of the gerardias and gorgonians corals with a depth of 30 meters and good currents . Along the way we find  groupers, barracudas, amberjacks  and sardine shoals . No matter how many dives you do in THE MARINE RESERVE , you will always be happy in the water .

Sardina del Norte

Sardina dives are well known for their simplicity. Access the water from the old staircase port (the brave can jump from the top). We distinguish two different areas. The first covers the right profile of the cliff, reaching 16 meters deep. Banks of grunts, sardines, barracudas, .... The second area covers the central lower bay. Electric rays, butterfly rays, octopus, morays, seahorses, ....... anything is possible. For divers with "Hawkeye", this is one of the few places where you can see the sponge fish ..... good luck!!

Arinaga - Risco Verde

This dive has two variants, the quiet, for beginners, including rock bottoms, sand and seagrass, and advanced, following the line of the barrier. First variant, show us all the small wildlife that can be found in the waters of Gran Canaria. Also occasionally surprises us with larger visitors. Stingrays, angelsharks, butterfly rays and electric rays are usually seen in the area. The depth ranges from 0 to 13 meters. The second variant is more "commando dive" because it is a journey with different entrance and exit. The currents are common, low depth up to 20 meters down the way we´ll find  larger island´s grunt schools.
